Ranch & Farm Land
Working ranches, generational farmland, and recreational land. We understand what it took to build it and what it means to consider what comes next.

Veteran-Owned and Operated
“Every landowner’s situation is different. We take the time to understand yours.”
What We Work With
Working ranches, generational farmland, and recreational land. We understand what it took to build it and what it means to consider what comes next.
We thoughtfully acquire and develop land across Central Texas. Our projects are designed around the land's natural character, not in spite of it.
Navigating inherited land, especially with multiple heirs or unresolved title, can be complicated. We know how to work through it.
Landlocked parcels, absentee ownership, easement issues. If something is making your property difficult to navigate, we've likely seen something like it before.

Who We Are
My name is Will Ross. I founded Valor Oak Land Co. after serving in Naval Special Warfare and a lifetime connected to land. I was raised on a farm in South Georgia, where land wasn’t just something you owned as an asset. It was something you raised a family on, worked, maintained, and tried not to take for granted.
That background shapes how I approach every piece of land. I know what it means to a family when land has been in their name for decades. I understand the weight of deciding what comes next, and I don’t take that lightly.
That same sense of stewardship carries into everything we do. Whether we’re acquiring land, developing it, or helping a family figure out what’s next, we start by respecting what the land already is and what it means to the people connected to it.
When you reach out, you’re speaking with me directly. I’m based in Dripping Springs and I handle every property personally from the first conversation through closing. We’re rooted in Central Texas, focused on the Hill Country and surrounding counties, with eyes on the rest of the state.
How It Works
A conversation about your land and what you want to see happen with it. Call, text, or email us.
We research your property thoroughly. We want to understand what you have before we talk about value or options.
We explain each path clearly so you can make the decision that's right for you.
There's no deadline and no pressure. We move when you're ready.
