My name is Will, and I’m the founder of Valor Oak Land Co., a veteran-owned land investment company. I was raised on a farm in South Georgia, where land wasn’t just something you owned—it was something you lived with, maintained, and respected. That background gave me a passion for land and a practical understanding of how land is used, how it’s valued, and why selling it can sometimes feel more complicated than it should.

Today, I work directly with landowners who want a fast, reliable, and transparent way to sell their property. Many of the people I speak with own land they inherited, no longer use, or don’t live near. My role is to evaluate each property carefully, explain the options clearly, and make the process as simple as possible from the first conversation through closing.

I handle each transaction personally. There are no call centers or layers of middlemen—when you reach out, you’re speaking with me. I believe clear communication and follow-through matter, especially when it comes to something as important as property. Whether we end up working together or not, my goal is for every landowner to feel informed, respected, and comfortable with the next step they choose to take.
